The new Motor Vehicles Act with hefty fines for violations came in to effect on Sept 1, that has left baffled many. But netizens blame Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu for this new law because of his 2018 movie 'Bharat Ane Nenu' wherein he makes drastic changes in motor laws. The actor's fans shared the movie clippings, and fans discussed how a cult film might have probably inspired the government to make this change on Twitter.
