Netizens thrashed actress Esha Gupta when she tweeted Republic Day wish on India's 73rd Independence Day. Republic Day is celebrated on 26th of January and India's Independence Day is celebrated on August 15th. Netizens spotted her mistake immediately after she posted the tweet, mentioning it as 'Ganatantra Diwas' (Republic Day). Some even questioned how did she win the Miss India contest in 2007.
