'Panipat' producers agreed to edit portions of the film after protests by Jat groups

After the protests by Jat groups, the producers of Ashutosh Gowarikar's historical drama 'Panipat', have agreed to edit certain film portions. The edited version of the film will be moved to the censor board. Sources say they have deleted the scenes related to Maharaja Surajmal ji & also obtained the censor certificate with 11 mins less length. The film's screening has been discontinued at most of the cinema halls due to protests.
