RSS urges PM Modi to ban Chinese social media TikTok app

An offshoot of RSS, Swadeshi Jagran Manch wrote a letter to PM Modi to ban Chinese app TikTok citing concerns over unauthorised user data sharing. SJM says India doesn't have any regulations to ensure that apps on play store are monitored & illicit activity is prevented. They requested to create a new law & regulation to protect our national security & privacy of Indian users; till then, all such Chinese apps should be banned.
