Wage-gap is okay because an actress can't make a film '500-crores' hit: Kajol

Bollywood actress Kajol who is waiting for her next release Helicopter Eela said that actresses don't really deserve equal pay as they cannot make a movie a '500-crore-hit' in the box office like the male actors can. Many Bollywood celebrities use box office as an excuse in the favour of pay parity in the industry. Many celebrities like Karan Johar accepted the wage-gap exists and they all are guilty of it.
