Writer appeals at Bombay High Court and seeks credit for story of the movie Chhapaak

Writer Rakesh Bharti appealed at High Court to seek a stay on Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak. Bharti claimed that he had written a similar script in 2015. The film is based on an acid attack survivor's story. In his suit filed Rakesh mentioned that his movie was tentatively titled Black Day registered with the Indian Motion Pictures Producers' Association in February 2015. The plea will be heard by the high court on December 27.
