Ex-colleagues back MJ Akbar after former minister files defamation case

Former Union minister M J Akbar was defended by two other former colleagues in the defamation case he filed against journalist Priya Ramani, who is among a number of women who have accused the former minister of sexual harassment. Akbar also received support from columnist Veenus Sandal. Witnesses Chaki and Gujral attested to Akbar's 'impeccable' character and said that Ramani's tweet had done great damage to his image.
