‘Want to keep job, join Bible group or else get fired, a firm asks employee

Ryan Coleman, a painter has sued his company, Dahled Up Construction, in Oregon for firing him when he refused to join a Christian Bible group for employees. Now he is asking for $800K from the company. He said that the owner asked him to leave the job if he can’t join the group. The owner fired him even when he told that his beliefs are different, though he initially took Bible classes fearing he won’t get another job.
