1.2 Trillion Trees needed to curb pollution and make Earth healthy again

Our planet Earth can be saved with a simple solution put out by ETH Zurich researcher Thomas Crowther. He suggests that we must plant approximately 1.2 trillion new trees and we do have space for it. He says that a campaign to plant trees across the world would do wonders for the environment. We, humans, started cutting trees that led to the increase in greenhouse gases; this, in turn, has led to global warming.
