1,381kg gold belonging to Tirupati temple moved by PNB seized by poll body

On Wednesday, 1,381 kg gold was seized by Election flying squad. The gold was being moved by the Punjab National Bank in a van at Puduchatram village near the Vinayagar temple to the Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanam. The police said that the gold was packed in boxes and the driver informed that it belonged to TTD in Tirupati. The PNB officials have assured that the gold will reach to TTD after submitting documents.
