Facing shortage of aircraft, IAF Chief says India have 2 nuclear-armed neighbors

India is facing a shortage in the number of aircraft and Rafale is the only way which will help out the country, said the Chief of Air Force, BS Dhanoa. He said that the Indian Govt is backing the IAF by providing the Rafale and S-400 aircraft to deal with this shortage. He also said that there are very few nations who are facing situations like us as India is having 2 nuclear-armed neighbours (Pakistan and China).
