Jet Airways had to pay huge cost for serving meat to vegetarian passenger

After serving meat to a vegetarian passenger by mistake a consumer court has ordered Jet Airways to pay a fine of Rs 65,000 to the passenger. Banuprasad Jani of Rajkot is a pure janeu-dhari Brahmin and have not even eaten an egg in his whole lifetime. After this, the Rajkot District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum ordered the airlines to pay fine. On August 20, 2016, he was travelling from Chennai to Mumbai.
