With new norms import of foreign cars and bikes is now easy

Regardless of price and engine capacity of foreign-made vehicles, automobile manufacturers or their representatives with changed norms can now import in India. As per the new norms, the road transport ministry has said that each company can only import up to 2500 units of cars and 2-wheelers in a year, with respect to internationally accepted standards. Companies can also import 500 units of other vehicles like bus and truck.
