Out of 349 banned medicines 3 are removed from the list by the SC

Earlier, the Health Ministry banned 328 medicines because of risks to human health. Now the Supreme Court has excluded 3 medicines from that list- Saridon, Piriton Expectorant, and Dart. With the removal of the ban, the respective companies are in relief as these were the most famous medicines sold by them. When the ban was imposed the companies approached the SC and said that these were being manufactured since 1988.
