National Assessment Survey shows maximum Indian students have low learning level

A report presented the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation states that in India only a quarter of 3rd standard students are able to read and understand a short story having few simple sentences or subtract two-digit numbers. Even the National Assessment Survey has shown that very fewer students have high learning level. As the crisis has become clearer much attention is given to education around the world.
