A guy in Norwich, UK, Darren Wood ordered a burger from ‘Byron’ through a food delivery app ‘Deliveroo’. When the order arrived he with hungry stomach opened it and found hair in his food. When he complained about it to Deliveroo, they refused to replace it or refund and said it to be a 'matter of personal taste'. Shockingly, they offered £5, two free deliveries, for it being late instead of doing anything about hair.
