155 out of 325 CCTVs not working in Chandigarh in paid parking lots

An inquiry was conducted by the Municipal Corporation’s parking branch of Chandigarh and it was revealed that out of 325 CCTV cameras 155 were non-functional, installed at 25 paid parking lots. This is the violation of the agreement by the Mumbai based Arya Toll Infra Ltd. with the MC, which makes it compulsory for the firms to keep CCTVs in working condition. MC has called firm’s local representatives to repair the cameras.
