A 176-year-old time capsule has been found inside the cross on the top of Esztergom Cathedral, the largest church in Hungary. The time capsule was kept inside the cross on the 100-metre dome. The dome is the highest in Hungary. Archbishop Jozsef Kopacsy and chief architect Jozsef Hild had put the capsule on the cross in 1845. It contained papers from the time of construction that started 1822 onwards.
