Rain continues to haunt India as Cloudbursts, landslides triggered by a heavy downpour in several parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh proves fatal for many people. At least 18 were killed and 9 others injured in rain-related incidents in Shimla on Sunday, and 5 people went missing and several houses were completely uprooted after a cloudburst hit Uttarkashi.
