18 labourers sleeping on road killed as truck hits bus in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki

In a tragic incident, as many as 18 labourers who were sleeping on the road, got mowed down by a speeding truck in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki district. The labourers hailed from Bihar and they were returning from Haryana when their bus broke down on a highway last night. The labourers then slept on the road in front of the bus, and the truck hit the bus from behind. All 18 of them were crushed to death on the spot.
