2.02 crore N95 masks, 1.18 crore PPE kits, 6.12 crore HCQ tablets distributed to states and UTs since April 2020: Govt

Amid rising number of coronavirus cases in India, the central govt announced that since April 1, it has distributed over 2.02 crore N95 masks and more than 1.18 crore PPE kits to states, union territories and central govt institutions free of cost. Over 6.12 crore hydroxychloroquine tablets were also distributed along with 11,300 'Make in India' ventilators, till now, 7.81 lakh PPEs and 12.76 lakh N95 masks have been supplied in Delhi.
