2021 will be a catastrophic year: World Food Programme chief warns

Even as the world waits eagerly to bid adieu to the year 2020, for the calamities and crisis it has brought, World Food Programme Chief David Beasley has warned that the next year i.e. 2021 is going to bring a “catastrophic” humanitarian crises. Beasley is concerned that the year might bring extreme starvation and famine, especially in the third-world countries. 270 million people around the world are moving towards starvation.
