30 percent drop in coronavirus fatality rate since April, finds study

A study conducted by the researchers at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation has revealed that there has been a 30% drop in the coronavirus fatality rate since April. According to IHME Director Dr. Christopher Murray, 0.6% of people infected with the novel coronavirus are now dying in US. Earlier, the percentage was 0.9%. He said the risk of death increases by 9% for every one year of age.
