According to a forecast by the health experts at the University of Washington, 300,000 Americans could be dead due to the novel coronavirus by December 1. The experts added that as many as 70,000 lives could be saved if people were scrupulous about wearing masks. Dr. Christopher Murray, director of the IHME said, it appears like people let their guards down and stopped wearing masks after a drop in the infections.
