31 teachers, students test positive for coronavirus in Odisha after reopening of school

As many as 31 people including teachers and students tested positive for the novel coronavirus in the Gajapati district, Odisha after the schools were reopened following a months-long restriction in view of the pandemic. The cases emerged after the authorities decided to reopen schools for Class 10th and 12th on January 8. Schools have also been reopened in different parts of the country as cases appear to come down.
