40% of global workers looking to leave their employers this year: Survey

According to a survey by Microsoft, nearly 40% of workers across the globe are leaving their employers this year. As per the survey, 61 percent of employers felt that they were “thriving” right now. 30,000 people from 31 countries were surveyed by Microsoft’s 2021 Work Trend Index to find the figure. Trends from Microsoft 365 and LinkedIn were also used for the survey. A significant number of employees thought they were struggling.
