The 50th Falcon 9 rocket mission has been launched by SpaceX and it contains the largest geostationary satellite payload, around the size of a city bus. It was launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida and aims to deliver Hispasat 30W-6 to its target geostationary transfer orbit. The satellite weighs 6 metric tons and has set a new record for the space company. SpaceX began its service in 2010 with its first version.
