547 Restaurants closed down for breaking 'Islamic Principles' in Tehran; 11 offenders arrested

As many as 547 restaurants and cafes in Tehran have been shut down by Iranian police for not observing 'Islamic principles.' The owners were confronted, and 11 offenders were arrested. The operation was carried out over the past 10 days. Tehran citizens are asked to report cases of 'immoral behavior' or posting immoral content on Instagram by texting a designated phone number by the head of Tehran's guidance court.
