It is shocking to know that 59% of license holders in India never took a test. More shocking thing is that 80% of road accidents were caused by drivers who were holding valid licenses in 2017. Nearly 25% of the Indian drivers are having more than 1 driving license and very few understand road rules. Piyush, CEO, SaveLife Foundation, said that uniform licensing is a great step but need to fix how people will get it.
