6 extra paid leaves for non-smoking employees for not taking cigarette breaks

Till now, you might have heard of only the health benefits of not smoking. But what if you get extra paid leaves from work just for not smoking. Tokyo-based marketing firm Piala Inc. is giving its non-smoking employees an extra six paid leaves every year to compensate for smokers' cigarette breaks. The decision to introduce the perk was taken after the non-smoking employees complained they are working extra hours.
