6.2 magnitude earthquake in Indonesia's Sulawesi leaves 7 dead, hundreds injured

As many as 7 people lost their lives after a 6.2-magnitude earthquake hit Indonesia's Sulawesi island. The epicentre of the earthquake was six kilometres northeast of Majene city. Hundreds of people got injured in the incident. A hospital was flattened during the earthquake and the staff and patients were stuck inside. Two hotels, the governor's office and a mall were damaged due to the quake that lasted seven seconds.
