75% of Mumbai slums population found to have Covid-19 antibodies: Serosurvey

The latest serological survey conducted between October 5 and 10 at five locations in Mumbai slums has revealed that 75 percent of the population has Covid antibodies. 605 patients out of 806 tested positive for Covid-19 antibodies in the Cuffe Parade area. Eyebetes foundation and BJP Corporator Harshita Narvekar organised the seroprevalence survey for the slum residents in areas that weren't covered by BMC.
