According to a disaster management official, as many as 80 people are stranded in Himachal Pradesh's Lahaul-Spiti district due to bad weather. Those stranded include eleven tourists travelling in cars. The tourists are stranded at Batal. The disaster management official said the stranded people are staying at the PWD rest house and Chacha-Chachi Ka Dhabha at Batal. Authorities are trying to provide them help.
