After PM Modi revealed that he has planned to hand over his social media handle to women, whose life and work are inspiring, the govt chose 8-year-old environmentalist Licypriya Kangujam from Manipur, as one of the inspirations. However, Licypriya decided to turn down the honour because PM Modi doesn't listen to the young activist's voice, as claimed by her. "PM Modi don't celebrate me if you don't listen to me," she tweeted.
