9 non-governmental professionals have joined the Union Public Service Commission at joint-secretary level posts in central government departments. The nine of them will join their services in the next 2 months. They have been appointed to the departments of financial services, economic affairs, agriculture, cooperation and farmers welfare, civil aviation, commerce, environment, forest, and climate change.
