In a rarest of the rarest case, 99-year-old, Rose Marie Bentley died a natural death but without knowing the fact that all her organs were placed wrong inside the body. The revelation was made when her body was being used at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland by medical students. She was suffering from a condition called situs inversus with levocardia, in which most vital organs are reversed.
