IAF's Tejas passes dry run test for mid-air refueling

Tejas, the single-engine, tailless fighter jet, manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for Indian Air Force is being tested for operations. One of the test includes mid-air refuelling of the jet via a link up with an Indian Air Force IL-78 tanker. The jet crossed another milestone when a dry run of the test with no actual fuel transfer was successfully conducted on Tuesday. This will be followed by a wet run.
