Police name 2 Russian suspects in Novichok poisonings

Two Russian suspects have been named in the poisonings of Sergei and Julia Skripal in Salisbury in last March. In June a man and a woman were again killed by the Russian military grade poison. Britain has refrained to blame Putin or Russia directly as the relationship between the 2 nations is already strained. However, Scotland Yard and government officials have little doubt about Russia's involvement in this.
