Following the death of a 50 year old man who previously worked at the infamous Fukushima reactor, Japan's Health, Labour and Welfare Ministry has admitted that he developed lung cancer due to exposure to radiation dosage of 195 millisieverts, which is four times that of the base value for risk of developing cancer.
