A Japan firm is setting trend by paying the employees to get a good night's sleep

Lack of sleep often causes a lot of health troubles and keeping that in mind a Japanese firm, Crazy Inc., a wedding organizer firm has decided to pay the employees for getting enough sleep. The employees who log a minimum six-hour sleep at least 5 times a week are being awarded in points by the company. The points can be added and converted into money to be redeemed in the cafeteria for food and other supplies.
