A New Jersey judge removed for shaming a rape victim

After several misconduct claims, John F. Russo Jr, a superior court judge in New Jersey has been removed from the bar. The removal is permanent as is effective immediately. There had been complaints of asking personal favors from the court staff, shaming a rape victim by asking whether she had closed her legs during the assault and other things against her. According to a report, his conducts have breached public trust.
