A New Zealand company accused for fake Manuka honey

A Manuka honey company Evergreen Life Ltd from New Zealand is being prosecuted by the food safety dept of the country for alleged tampering with the quality of the honey. The company sells products in multiple countries including Malaysia, Korea, China and Indonesia. This is the first of its kind case where it's been found that 18 products made by the company have “non-approved” substances including synthetic chemicals.
