The accident and emergency department of San Antonio Military Medical centre, USA witnessed a very rare case of treating the leg of a 44-year-old man who was there to get the explosive device or firework removed from his leg. For this purpose, the doctors called the bomb squad and the local fire department for facilitating the prevention of its un-timed explosion. His thigh bone was fractured.
