About 80,000 coronavirus cases reported daily in April: WHO

The WHO report states that about 80,000 coronavirus cases were reported daily. It also pointed out that cases were increasing in India and Bangladesh whereas cases were declining in Western Europe. WHO chief Tedros said that countries must be able to handle the risk of importing the disease and people should be ready for the new normal. He told countries should lay the groundwork for resilient healthcare systems globally.
