While most of the Afghan territory has fallen under the Taliban's control, the Kabul airport is still guarded by UK and US troops. Soldiers from UK and US troops witnessed the horrific scenes of desperate locals putting their lives at stake to flee from the war-torn country. “It was terrible, women were throwing their babies over the razor wire, asking the soldiers to take them, some got caught in the wire,” a British soldier said.
