On Wednesday a Russian Security Council spokesman said that Afghanistan, India, Iran, and China are together creating a joint terrorist groups database with Russia. The issue was raised at the multilateral consultations on the Afghan settlement. In the presences of delegates from India, Russia, Iran, China, and Afghanistan, it was held in Tehran. The delegates in the meeting observed importance to create such database.
