After floods, Kerala needs Rs 31,000 crore for recovery: UN Report

It was India's worst time when Kerala suffered floods in 2018. It took away many lives. The damage caused can't be assumed. A report was presented to the CM by UN Resident Coordinator in India Yuri Afanasiev, which states that Kerala needs Rs 31000 crore for recovery and reconstruction. The PDNA report presented to CM Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram on Friday. For the 1st time, UN prepared such a report for India.
