AIIMS Doctors Strike: Strike called off strike, to resume duties from Monday

Resident AIIMS doctors boycotted work in protest against attacks on their colleagues in Kolkatta. They had given a 48-hour ultimatum to West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee to meet the demands of the state's agitating doctors. They softened their stand & said that CM was free to decide the meeting venue with them. The doctors said they would be forced to resort to the escalation of the protest in case the lock-jam doesn't end.
