Air pollution causes 91% premature deaths in low and middle incomes countries: UNEP

The United Nations Environment Programs has urged the authorities and governments across the world to deal with the silent killer air pollution. It said that 91% premature deaths in the low and middle-income countries occur due to air pollution. They have asked the government to adopt 4 Rs- reduce, recycle, reuse and recover. India is among one of the countries suffering from a hazardous level of air pollution.
