Amazon’s customer review system is being inundated by a flood of ‘fake 5-star reviews for products from unfamiliar brands, claims a report by Which? They analyzed in 14 online categories-headphones, dashcams, fitness trackers, smartwatches. Amazon is losing its battle against fake reviews, with shoppers bombarded by comments aimed at boosting products from unknown brands. But, Amazon says it protects the integrity of reviews.
